We had some issues with an update and the server has been restored to the state it was in last Sunday morning (Jan 15, ~3:04AM CST). All pending order were preserved, however we did lose all mail between then and now. This issue was due to an issue with an upgrade of our shopping cart software that was causing the order system to not accept some people’s payments. This should now be resolved.

Open orders that have not yet been shipped will likely not receive an tracking email. This matters for orders placed Saturday and Sunday (Jan 22 – 23, 2017). You orders will be shipping tomorrow morning.
