Our storage solution for Eldritch Horror includes nine (9) removable trays and is intended to be placed inside the publisher game box (core or any of the large expansion boxes – MOM, UTP, DREAM). This solution will store all tiles, tokens, and many cards from the base game and expansions, but you will also need an EH-002 (and possibly 2x EH-002s) to handle the rest of the cards depending upon how many dividers you use and whether you sleeve.
This storage solution provides:
- one (1) removable large card storage tray w/12 dividers (sleeved/unsleeved)
- one (1) removable small card storage tray w/10 dividers (sleeved/unsleeved)
- one (1) removable spare storage tray (plastic bases and more can be stored here)
- one (1) removable round token storage tray (clue, eldritch, improvement tokens, etc.)
- one (1) removable monster tile storage tray (normal and epic)
- one (1) removable token storage tray (dice, doom, omen, tickets, etc.)
- one (1) removable investigator/gate tile storage tray
- one (1) removable investigator/ancient one card storage tray (unsleeved only)
- one (1) removable health/sanity storage tray
This solution provides 2mm of free space at the top for game manuals. This solution allows the core game board to be stored on top and is stable, but it will contribute about .5″ of lid lift. We keep our game boards in an empty UTP expansion box.
What Do You Need?
You will note all images illustrate the game stored without using sleeves. Sleeves can decrease your storage capacity by up to 50% in some cases, based on sleeve thickness. See product notes below for more information.- If you own just the base game, you need 1x EH-001. You can store your game board on top and it is stable, but it will contribute about .5" of lid lift.
- If you own the base game and all expansions, you need 1x EH-001 and 1x EH-002 (2x EH-002 if you sleeve and own everything).
- If you own the base game, at least one expansion, but not all of the expansions, you need the EH-001 and may need 1x EH-002 as well depending on sleeve thickness and number of dividers used.
- Extra dividers are available here: EH-DIV-001
- In general, you should store your boards in an empty, large box.
Product Notes
- This solution provides nine (9) removable trays.
- This insert can store sleeved / unsleeved small/large cards. This solution does not allow sleeved investigator/ancient one cards.
- Large Cards: This insert has 279mm of large card lane storage. It can store ~996 unsleeved cards or ~558 FFG sleeved cards (.50mm per card). Keep in mind each divider will also use 3mm of card lane space. The values used for the card thickness estimate = .28mm.
- Small Cards: This insert has 174mm of small card lane storage. It can store ~600 unsleeved cards or ~355 FFG sleeved cards (yellows) (.49mm per card). Keep in mind each divider will also use 3mm of card lane space. The values used for the card thickness estimate = .29mm.
- This insert is constructed of HDF (wood product) and is natural colored. HDF does not contain a wood grain as it is a constructed wood product.
- Insert assembly requires some wood glue and about 60 minutes of assembly time. I recommend Sobo Craft glue or another comparable quick setting, tacky glue.
- This insert kit weighs > 5 pounds, so it must be shipped USPS Priority Mail outside of Canada and the United States.
- This product is not officially licensed. All marks are the property of their respective owners.

I have the base game, Forsaken Lore, Mountains of Madness and Strange Reamnants. If I sleeve my cards, will I need to have both EH-001 and EH-002 or can I just get away with EH-001?

Any fan of FFG board games knows that while they provide some of the best games around, also knows that their boxes turn into something of a hodgepodge of cards and markers after a few play-throughs of those games. Go7Gaming provides some of the best solutions to help alleviate some of that mess and get you right into playing the game without the sorting and setup. Being made of wood and glued together, the inserts are fairly rugged, holding their shape and protecting your investment. Not to mention that it looks really sleek when all the pieces fit perfectly into your game box. The assembly is pretty easy and goes together quickly. I had everything together and in it’s place within 2 hours.
The insert for Eldritch Horror is perfect for breaking up the various tokens, along with breaking the cards down so it’s easy to grab just the decks you need. The dividers are even parts of separate trays so that they can be easily placed beside the game board, in reach without having to dig into the box. This first insert will hold your core game set, along with several of the expansions. The main board and leafs can be stored in one of the other empty game boxes.
I give this insert a rating of 4.5 out of 5! The only reason for that half star is that I wish there was a way to store the main board with the core game, and while you can it adds a bit of a lift to the lid of the box. Otherwise I feel that Go7Gaming has another wonderful product here.

Everything popped out of the cutouts cleanly, every piece fits great organizes the game in a fantastic fashion. definitely one of the best organizers I have seen for any game.
I do wish I could get manuals / board in without lid lift but I think the real answer is that I just need to buy another large box expansion so I can put the boards in there!

I recently purchased Eldritch Horror after playing it several times with some friends, so I knew what I wad getting into when I bought it and several expansions: a plethora of cards and tokens.
This insert makes the game so oooooo much easier to set up and put away, and therefore much easier to play! Literally takes an hour off of the total time due to its efficient and useful design.
The inserts are made put of a wood-material, and it seems really sturdy. Took me about 3.5 hours to assemble both this solution and the other solution they offer. I’ve read some others have only taken an hour or so, but I was taking my time and being extra cautious that I wasn’t leaving any glue inside the boxes where the cards will go.
I would definitely recommend this insert! It’s made my life so much easier.

Some of the dividers were a little tricky to insert after I assembled the pieces, but it’s amazing how well this system fits all of the components. I have the base game, Under the Pyramids, and Mountains of Madness, and everything but the boards and instructions now fit in one box, which is exactly what I wanted.

My first purchase from go7. These inserts are more expensive than most the competition so my standards were higher, hence the 3 stars. If you only own the base game and only want one or two small box expansions, there are better inserts available. However, I own many expansions and have to deal with storing way too many cards/tokens so this is a really nicely organized insert for that. After some use the HDF product has had some splitting/fraying where the dividers insert into the card holders, which is disappointing. It is still very solid, but for an OCD person these aren’t nearly as aesthetically pleasing as some of the competition and the issues of compressed wood splitting apart on some pieces is slightly annoying. I do reccomend the product, shipping is fast as heck and assembly is easy. Just wish there was that “x” factor to justify the premium price over the better-known competition.

So after talking to Bobby from go7 one of the sheets had a QA issue which caused the problem of the splitting – I also have a Gloomhaven insert and it is fine, this was a fluke and does not reflect the typical quality of go7. Their customer support is amazing and their inserts are top notch. If I could switch my review from 3/5 to 4/5 I would. Great company to do business with.

I’m very happy with this insert, it provides a lot of space for the base game and the expansions that I have. The instructions were very clear, and if you don’t mind the box lid not fitting all the way down, you can get the base board in the box as well.

I’m not the best at building things but the instructions and assembly were simple enough for me to understand. I was worried I would not have enough space since I sleeved the cards but I was surprised that everything fits well, even though it is a bit on the snug side. (Currently own along with the base game Cities of Ruin and Dreamlands. )

I typically don’t post reviews but I felt it was needed to say how fantastic this insert was.
I was a big fan of the base game for Eldritch Horror and recently picked up all the big box and small box expansions – combining everything (which I do not recommend),
Eldritch went from being one of my favorite games to play with friends to an absolute nightmare to setup, organize, and put away….so much so we rarely played it. This insert completely saved this game for my gaming group, setup for the game is now a breeze – the insert is extremely well thought out and organizes everything perfectly. I use the base and Mountains of Madness to hold all the gaming components and then Under the pyramids to hold the board and manuals. Quality for this product was outstanding and included printer instructions on how to put everything together. I was able to fit everything FFG has release for this game in the base insert and additional standard card insert (which is stated in the description).

Anyone with an Eldritch Horror set know that set up and tear down, and organizing the components is a nightmare. Since Fantasy Flight hasn’t come up with a storage solution, Go7Gaming has come to the rescue! Perhaps the most impressive piece is the round token organizer. Now instead of several baggies filled with focus, eldritch, clues, +/- tokens, they’re all in a nifty little box with lots of dividers.

This is the storage solution you’re looking for. I compared many different vendors and took a chance on go7 after much research. I’m so glad I did. The solution is easy to build, fits perfectly, is very well thought-out, and also provides enough space for a few expansions. I have all the expansions though so I also bought the go7 Eldritch Horror expansion set and am very happy to have ample storage for everything. Setup is a breeze now with the component trays. It’s so easy to distribute setup tasks now that everything has it’s place! Shipping was also super fast. The material is higher quality than I expected at this point. Very sturdy stuff. The laser cutting is also very high quality. 10/10 would buy again!

I’m not a terribly practical person, putting model kits and such together is not my thing, especially when it involves glue, making mistakes … permanent. That said I have put a couple together before and maybe I am getting better, none have failed terribly, though I felt that these (I also bought the Masmorra one) were better thought out than from competitors:
1) The pieces go together … better. I don’t know if it’s 0.1 of a millimeter play or timber that is aged a week longer before it’s cut, but the pieces came together really well. At first this frustrated me a little (gah … have to go and buy glue!) but the finished result is fantastic.
2) The design is well thought out. A place for everything, and everything in its place. … and you can set it up on any play table, in that there are multiple small bit boxes rather than just a tray for this, and a tray for that. A lot of thought went into this.
There isn’t enough space in this kit for the base game and the three small box expansions (fourth one just announced) and I don’t have any of the large box expansions (yet), but there is a lot in those expansions so what Go7 has put together serves well. Not much more you could hope for in this type of product, and really amazed how easy it was to put together.
Also the service was quick, interactions to the point and friendly and care taken in shipping. Can only recommend.

I do not know why I waited so long to order. I have been looking at these solutions for a while and finally I got tired of making my own inserts with foamcore. What a great product. Fits together easily. I had to use some small clamps to hold pieces together till glue dried but I love doing DYI projects. It was not an issue. Do yourself a favor and get these products. Be sure to look through the upgrade area for more specials to add to your boxes.

I’ve tried a few different brands of inserts for my board games. Go7 has consistently impressed me and proved to be the superior product. Amazingly sturdy. Designed with space efficiency in mind. Thoughtful tray division dimensions. Precision cut pieces. I can’t say enough about this product. On top of that, these folks seem to always be on top of creating new inserts to accommodate expansions and new games. Very happy customer. Will certainly be returning for future storage needs.

I have been looking for a product like this since I starting gathering Eldritch Horror expansions. When I found this, I purchased it and the EH-002 immediately. I couldn’t be much happier with the product.
It is made of a sturdy wood product. It feels hefty and solid. I assembled both sets in about an hour and a half (there are quite a few pieces). The amount of space is spectacular. I own all of the expansion except Dreamlands, and my second box is nearly empty using this organizer, and I am using dividers for every different set of cards (with plenty of dividers to spare).
My complaints about the organizer are few. One of which is the ease of assembly. It does take some effort. It also requires a good deal of glue (which they do mention in the assembly instructions). The next complaint is the instructions themselves. They get the job done, but maybe they could be a little better formatted, the small print was a little difficult to read and I think they could benefit from assembly diagrams instead of all of the text. Some more description about what each piece was intended to hold would be nice too (I ended up referencing the pictures on the website for this). My final concern is in the amount of room for monster tiles. I have some space still, but if they make many more expansions, this will run out.
Those are the reasons for the 4 instead of 5 stars, but don’t misunderstand me, this is a superb product and definitely worth the buy if you are an Eldritch Horror fan like I am.

The directions need some work because the letters and numbers assigned to the various ‘pages’ of wood product aren’t in order. I would suggest either changing the page numbers to be in the correct order (1/10, 2/10, 3/10) or updating the directions. It took a while to figure out which pieces were which.
Otherwise, a great experience. It was easy to make the pieces fit together and to apply wood glue. I have 2 edges that need more wood glue I think but otherwise I’m very pleased with my purchase.
The inserts fit perfectly inside the main box and I was able to fit the core game, forsaken lore, and mountains of madness in the single box. I ordered the second insert for when I purchase more Eldritch Horror expansions.

I enjoyed building this! Good fit and quality and the inclusion of the glue cleanup sticks is a huge help for flattening out glue bead in corners. I have all of the expansions through The Dreamlands and this holds all of the tokens and monsters. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get a second one of these or an EH-002 for the rest of the cards, but the EH-002 will more than fit the rest of the cards.

Eldritch Horror had quickly become both my favorite and least favorite game. I love the game when I’m playing it, but the organization, setup and teardown are beyond annoying given the number of decks and pieces. This product is perfect as it creates a way to quickly set up the gameboard. What took 30+ minutes to set up now takes 5. Theres plenty of room for at least 2-3 expansions (I have Strange Relics, Forgotten Lore, and Under the Pyramid and they all fit). Only slightly annoying thing is that there isnt room for the game board with all the inserts but I just use a separate large expansion box for them. It was easy to assemble with the included instructions and the quality of the product is very high. All in all, I’m very happy with it

– All the compartments fit together perfectly and make setup/teardown a joy, as opposed to a baggie-ridden nightmare.
– With all the expansions up to and including MoN, I bought the other insert to go with this one. I’ve ended up keeping the Ancient One cards in a third game box with the boards and rulebooks, as there are just too many for the investigator/AO tray. Using a baggie for these isn’t a problem, as the inserts store all the other cards and components.
– Shipping to the UK was really expensive, and I had to pay a customs charge of £35 (Go7 does advise you of this), but this is such an elegant and ingenious solution that I’m absolutely delighted!

Quality product but make sure you read, unlike me, because you will have to glue the entire thing together and the game board will not fit in the box after which, had I known, I may have held off on this purchase as my agricola wood insert fit in the box with no glue and all the game boards still fit.
That being said the wood is super thick, feels like quality, precision cut with no defects and is highly expandable/customizable with tons of dividers, etc. Just wish I could fit it all in the box.

I thought it was a genius build .. every piece took shape as I read the instructions and every sprue was cut for the next. The directions are clear and easy to follow. I had never done this before yet, behold: the 9 containers of EH-001! The build guide is excellent! I only had trouble at the end when everything was made .. how do these 9 shapes go into the box? Easily sorted, done and done. I have everything for Eldritch Horror to date: 4 big box, 4 small box and the Go7 storage solution remains the best unless you wanna spend hundreds. I got the 01 and the 02 plus extra dividers .. I think I am all set because FFG is doing Arkham 3rd and NO ONE likes it. Arkham 2nd is going out of print… Eldritch Horror gots legs and a damn good game! Thank you Go7 for this storage solution! It was an engaging encounter!

This is the first insert I’ve purchased, I purchased EH-001 and EH-002. What a relief it was to find easy to follow directions and parts that fit together well. I was worried that it might be a DIY nightmare with everything maybe slightly not fitting together but this wasn’t the case at all. It wasn’t perfect the monster token insert didn’t fit quite right and would warp when forced together, which I would normally have marked it down a star for this but customer service was helpful and sent out a replacement the next day after I contacted them.
I have EH and all the expansions, last time I took it out to play it took over 30 minutes sorting through the 2 boxes of baggies for setup. Now I’m looking forward to under 15 minute setup and playing portions of the game from the inserts.

Eldritch Horror is an absolute beast to set up and put away without some type of organization system, and this does a much better job than my previous pile of plastic bags!
Be warned that assembly does take some time (about 2 hours in my case), and is a little bit messy due to the glue (make sure to use a table covering and to wipe away excess glue with the included wood rods or a rag.) However, the finished product feels very sturdy and fits together in an supremely satisfying way. If you only own the base game or a few small expansions, there will be plenty of extra dividers and empty space to grow your collection in the future.
The only downside is that the board will not fit in the same box as the organizer. The recommendation here is to place the game boards in one of the large expansion boxes, which is as good of an excuse as any to buy a large expansion if you haven’t yet! If not, be warned that the lid will stick off about 1/2 an inch.

I do not know if Fantasy Flight Games changed their box depth to save money on the box. Once the glue on the insert that fit well with easy to understand instructions dried. I was able to fit every thing but the game board into the box neatly. The game board stick about 1/2 inch above the edge of the box with all the inserts set in place.

The shipping was fast. Assembly was fairly easy. All of the trays fit nicely in the game boxes and it looks good. I bought EH-001 and EH-002 and currently own two of the large expansions and two of the small ones, I’m able to fit everything in the trays and have plenty of room for more. I love this storage solution. I bought both EH01 and EH02 at the same time. It took some time to assemble but has more than halved our set up time for playing and greatly trimmed cleanup time.
I loved this solution so much, I bought it for a friend as a gift.
My only concern, is that with the latest expansion we need a new sorter for the new weird shaped tokens, and the monster/investigator holder is overloading.
But yeah, I LOVE this sorter.

I just received my insert and am very happy with it. It s a heavy construction material and very sturdy once constructed. All pieces fit together very nicely and assembly was a breeze. There were plenty of dividers for cards and all of my sleeved cards fit nicely. I also got the expansion insert and both items accommodated all of my expansions. I have all except Dreamalnds.
There are very nice trays for all tokens which will speed setup and takedown of a game. session. I could also leave the cards in the trays for even faster setup. The material used for this product is much sturdier than other inserts from other companies which I prefer.
