Our insert for Arcadia Quest stores everything in the base game, a few extra minis, and most of the expansion content (except minis) from the expansions.

The Arcadia Quest base insert kit was our first design poll winner in 2015. We asked gamers what insert they would like Go7 to produce and Arcadia Quest was the #1 choice. To make a total solution, we have produced an insert for the base game box, the Guildmaster box, and the Beyond the Grave box. If you own any more than one of these, you will need two inserts (for two boxes) to store everything.
CMoN makes big games. Lots of boards, tokens, and plastic. Cards in many sizes… score pads. They know how to deliver bling and value. Once you unpack everything though, the challenge of re-packing the game after play is daunting. We have the solution. Our insert for Arcadia Quest includes seven removable trays and storage for everything in the base game, plus more.
This insert stores:
- everything from the base game
- the 3 game tiles from Beyond the Grave
- the small, standard, and large cards from the base and expansions (Beyond the Grave, Nameless, Guildmaster)
- a few extra minis (Nameless fits)
If you sleeve, you won’t be able to use most of the provided dividers and you will need to store the large cards in the shallow tray as well as the large card tray, but it all fits!
Best of all, everything has a place. We have created a stacked token box that provides a great container to place on the table for setup and for use during play.
Arcadia Quest is a big game. We have a few recommendations to help you grab the right inserts to store your game:
- You own only Arcadia Quest, buy this insert (AQBASE-001).
- You own Arcadia Quest and Beyond the Grave, buy this insert (AQBASE-001) and the AQBTG-001.
- You own Arcadia Quest and Guildmaster, buy this insert (AQBASE-001) and the AQGM-001.
- You own Arcadia Quest, Beyond the Grave, and Guildmaster, buy this insert (AQBASE-001) and the AQBTG-001. There is plenty of extra miniatures space for future storage.
Product Notes
- This insert provides seven (7) removable trays. There is clearance at the top for your boards and rulebooks.
- This insert can store sleeved or unsleeved cards. Recommended sleeves include Ultra Pro Deck Protector, Mayday Premium, Dragon Shields, and FFG sleeves.
- This insert is constructed of HDF (wood product) and is natural colored. HDF does not contain a wood grain as it is a constructed wood product.
- Insert assembly requires some wood glue and about 50 minutes of assembly time. I recommend Sobo Craft glue or another comparable quick setting, tacky glue.
- This insert kit weighs 5 pounds, so it must be shipped USPS Priority Mail outside of Canada and the United States.
- This product is not officially licensed. All marks are the property of their respective owners.

not liking the instructions for the base piece. Unsure of where the “hole” should be aligned
I am pretty sure the 3d model is wrong. The only place piece c with b could fit would make the drawing invalid

I was able to get it built and it is fantastic. The directions worked fine but the 3d render is off. Part c can never be in the position the render displays it in.
If you look your picture 2 of 16 you can see C in the front left with the u cut out. If you rotate the base the u never ends up in the position it is in the directions.

Ok great! Will these inserts support sleeved cards?
I have the base game, Guildmaster box and BTG along with all available heroes for retail and exclusives from KS. Will I need all 3 inserts?

A shorter review is needed! This will be on the merits of this game insert and not on how excited I am to have it.
First and foremost – Quality and fit of components: ACES! It fits like a glove.
Second – Ease of construction: Very very good. Good diagrams and layout of parts. Beginners and Adepts alike please take time to read the written portion of the instructions (especially for the bottom base) as there is order in the seeming madness and by assembling in the order in which the instructions are written will give you a good run at a perfect assembly. Use painters tape to hold panels in place and tight while they dry.
Third – organizational flexibility: So far very very good. All components from the base game fit nicely and there is room to move things around a bit. I am very impressed by the efficient use of the 3d space.
Lastly – overall nod: YES. Recommended. Materials are cleanly cut and when assembled make a strong organizer for the game. Easy to unpack and speeds set-up – easy to repack and get on to the next game!

My very first insert and I had a blast assembling it. Some tacky glue and time was all that was needed to get this beauty all assembled and packed into the box. I have the base (non-Guildmaster) edition of AQ and, just like the product description mentions, this is the only insert you’ll need to fit all miniatures, cards, tokens, dice, etc. And you *will* have some leftover room to spare in case you choose to buy 2-3 extra Heroes out on retail. With everything tucked away into the box, the cover will still sit flush on top and we all know how good that feeling is.
Build quality of the insert is pretty top-notch, from the cutting to the engraved Go7Gaming insignia on one of the panels for the base insert. Assembly instructions were very easy to follow and contains a list of useful building tips which helped this first-timer quite a bit.
All in all, I’d recommend this insert. If not for the efficient use of space of the game box, at least for the build quality of the insert. It really is spectacular.

Perfectly fit everything in the base game and then some!! I own every thing there is to own on Arcadia Quest. Only thing thought I have sooooo much dice and gold I had to use 1 of the upgrade card boxes to fit them in but no worries! If you own the base game buy this insert! I made my own and it was very good but nothing like this

Arcadia Quest was a game I enjoyed, but barely played because of how the general box was setup up (it’s non existent insert). It was hard to do much before this insert. Now that I have it, I find myself playing the game more often and the compliments and questions I get about the inserts itself is quite enjoyable. Assembling this insert was a lovely thing to do. It feels and looks great. A MUST have for those who play this game often! (Yes, everything does fit – including sleeved cards)

This was my first heritage insert purchase and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t skeptical. I had the total expectation that the pieces wouldn’t be solid or wouldn’t fit together properly or even that the overall product would feel and seem cheap. After getting my insert in the mail I was blown away and had to promptly remove my foot from my mouth. The quality is amazing and every single piece fit together seamlessly. I’m usually not a fan of having to assemble something but putting this together was actually enjoyable because the end product was so satisfying and it gave you that sense of accomplishment like when you put a model together as a kid. When i was finished i immediately let all my fellow board gamers know about it and then browsed the stores inventory to find my next purchase. I plan on purchasing an insert for every game I own.

BGG lists 37 figures in AQ retail. The AQ-BASE-001 has 44 mini slots (2 of them store two monsters). So, you will have 9 slots left open. I will note we have note sized the slots in the AQ-BASE-001 for Masmorra minis. They will likely fit as we provide a wide variety of slot sizes, but YMMV. Our Masmorra solution is imminent.

Finally the wait is over! The insert this game needs (and deserves) is upon us.
For months now my copy of Arcadia Quest has been sitting on a shelf filled with it’s original packaging. Each time I got it out, it felt like an eternity getting the game setup. Baggies, Boxes, plastic just could not do enough to help setup time going any faster. Hope was fading…
When I saw AQ on the Go7Gaming Vote, I just knew I had to make this happened. I rallied faithful Arcadians from BoardGameGeek and Kickstarter to help make this a reality. It didn’t take long for it to skyrocket to the top of the poll. At last we would get an insert we desperately need.
Two days after this became available, I found it on my door step. With great excitement I immediately drove to Hobby Lobby to pick up some Sobo glue and rushed home to put this bad boy together.
After an hour of punching, dry fitting and gluing the pieces together I gazed upon a truly remarkable insert! Huzzah! The design fits perfectly in the box and didn’t add too much wait to it. Everything fit nicely with extra room for future additional cards and tokens.
The token box was nice size and was big enough to hold the kickstarter hearts, skulls, and coins (instead of the card board pieces). It has extra room for more dice and has a nice lid to keep them from getting loose while transporting the game.
It has plenty of storage for the miniatures for all of the base game figures including room for expansion characters like Bob, Nibbles, Elysia and Zahra.
There are 5 different places for card storage which are more than enough to store all of the Core, Nameless and Kickstarter cards.
Overall, I am very happy with this game insert. I know once I pick up Beyond the Grave that I will be coming back to get that insert too!

I love this insert. No more hassling with ziplock bags and set up and clean up is so much faster now. Only thing I would suggest is to label the inserts so you don’t have to go searching for all the pieces when putting it together. Other than that great insert.

I’ve wanted this insert since I saw it here last summer. I was a little nervous since I had never put together something like this before. My BF ordered it for me and I was so thrilled, now I had to see if I was up to the task.
I set to putting it together the night it was delivered (which delivery took no time at all) and finished a few pieces before going to sleep. The next night I finished putting it together, with a little help from bf, and it looked so great! Not only did I have a great insert for a game I love, but I felt so proud to have been able to put it together.
I used Aleene’s ClearGel Tacky Glue and seems like it worked fine for me. The whole process took only a few hours that felt very worthwhile and rewarding.
I highly recommend this to anyone on the fence about purchasing. The instructions were easy enough to follow for a beginner and the outcome is something to behold. Now on to order the next insert to house Masmorra.

The Arcadia Quest core box organizer was simple to put together with SOBO glue and my twin 10 year olds loved helping out with it. Everything has a place and it make game set-up/tear-down a breeze.

I do a lot of woodworking and contemplated making an organizer myself but it’s just not worth my time with this product being available. There’s no way I could design something that accommodates everything this well fast enough to make it worth it unless I valued my time at nothing. It’s also highly unlikely that you could make something this exacting by hand. I’ve been looking at AQ expansions and I find myself automatically pricing in Go 7 Gaming organizers.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. As an avid gamer and collector of Games, I got this game and started to go through it as I would any other game. Since a lot of games have so many counters and other things, I like to sort them a bit. But after doing so this can cause the box to not be closed very well.
This items not only is durable and made of wood. It was fairly straight forward and easy to construct. The instructions where easy to follow. And the pictures showing things made it a lot easier.
I would recommend this to anyone who owns arcadia quest. It is in my opinion a requirement.

Arcadia quest is one of my favorite games. All of these inserts make it much easier to organize the game. Painted minis stay in peefect dhape instead of rolling arround the box. I own everything Arcadia quest as well as this entire line of inserts. I couldnt play the game as easily without them.
