Digital Personal Pro License

This is our Personal Pro License that governs all digital assets purchased under a Personal Pro License from Go7 Gaming, Inc.

General

This license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital design file(s) you have purchased with an associated CNC laser cutter or other similar machine to produce a physical product from this design for personal use only.
You MAY NOT sell or otherwise exchange for value the resulting physical product produced from the original or modified design file(s).
Under the terms of this license you MAY NOT give or otherwise exchange for value these digital assets in the original or modified form.
You MAY NOT use the Go7 Gaming name, likeness, or logos on the resulting physical products you produce.
Refunds are only available for purchases that have not yet been downloaded from our system.
This license is for one copy of the digital file(s).

Limitation of Liability

Go7 Gaming, Inc. shall not be liable, responsible or accountable, in damages or otherwise, to you or any other person for these digital files, nor the resulting physical products. Under this license you accept responsibility for liability incurred by your use of these files to create physical products. The extent of Go7 Gaming, Inc. liability in no case shall exceed the cost for the license involved.

Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this license shall not affect the other provisions hereof, and this license shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provisions were omitted.

Governing Law

This Agreement is being executed and delivered in the State of Texas and shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. In the event that either party brings any action against the other under this agreement, the parties agree that trial of any such action shall be vested exclusively in the state courts of Texas in the County of Travis or in the United States District Court for the Texas Western District Court.
