When using this organizer for Core Worlds Galactic Orders, there is room on top for the game manual and more. If you use with Core Worlds, we recommend a BB-100 for your tokens.
Product Notes
- This v20 design supports 3mm acrylic dividers. Units shipped prior to June 8, 2020 used 2.286mm dividers.
- This organizer measures 79mm high and provides three (3) organizational lanes for horizontal card storage. There is ~9.5mm clearance at the top of the box, leaving room for the rulebook and the game board (but nothing else). In the Core Worlds Galactic Orders box, there is ~5.6mm of clearance on top of the insert.
- 288.5mm x 288.5mm x 79mm high (11.34″ x 11.34″ x 3.11″) and 92.150mm wide card lanes.
- This organizer has 847.5mm of card lane storage. It can store ~2922 unsleeved cards or ~1729 Mayday Premium sleeved cards (.49mm per card) or ~1599 Ultra Pro Deck Protector sleeved cards (.53mm per card). Keep in mind each acrylic divider will also use 2.286mm of card lane space. The values used for the card thickness estimate = .29mm. This insert does not support FFG sleeves.
- This organizer has narrow lanes due to the small size of the box. Recommended sleeves for the cards include Ultra Pro Deck Protector and Mayday Premium.
- This organizer is constructed of HDF (wood product) and is natural colored. HDF does not contain a wood grain as it is a constructed wood product.
- Includes twenty-five (25) clear acrylic dividers. Additional divider packs of type TRAIN-DIV-002 should be used.
- Organizer assembly requires some wood glue and about 15 minutes of assembly time. I recommend Sobo Craft glue or another comparable quick setting, tacky glue.
- This is a third-party, non-licensed product.

Sure, but that has nothing to do with Trains. Why do I care that an insert can support Core Worlds?

When Coastal Tides was released, I decided I needed to find a solution to keep the game in one box sleeved. Thankfully, this insert works perfectly for storing the base game and all expansions sleeved. Was pleasantly surprised that it arrived sanded smooth and included ample plastic dividers.

Does this insert work with cards sleeve in Fantasy Flight card sleeves? This will be an instant buy if the answer is yes!

The lanes in this insert are 92.150mm wide, so FFG sleeves will not work.

You know, I bought the Broken Token organizer for Core Worlds, and it had the exact same problem that this one does: it’s mostly air. May I suggest that you build an organizer expressly for Core Worlds that fits in the base game’s box, NOT the Galactic Orders box? I really want to reduce box count, and that means using only the box from the base game, not the one from the expansion, which is going to be half empty, even with both major expansions added.
Such a box could have a place for the player base cards, which don’t fit properly in this box anyway.

The insert will handle the Trains core board. Additional boards will cause top lift.
